MY STOLEN IMAGE AND DESIGNS BEING SOLD ONLINE!
Today I received an email from a fellow creative of mine from flikr...it read:
Blessed Morning Sistren.
I happen to be googling something for a project i was working on and came across this site that is using my photo of my bulk adornments as her own and i also saw your photo as well. I know that i did not give her permission to use my photoc, but I just wanted to let you know. she is using the Grapevine Sterling Silver Loc Cuff. photo. From 1 artisan to nother i would never use someone eles photos as my own work.

Now I'm not the kind of person to roar in a person's face, in fact those of you who have had dialogue with me will see that I am an easy going soul who loves to laugh and meet new soul and make jewellery.... but I do take my work seriously. It has taken over 20 years of refinement to get my designs looking this way, so I am particularly P-SSED OFF when someone steals my images and designs then has the cheek to call them their own. I'm not talking about people who are GENUINELY INSPIRED by my work enough to create something using similar techniques as I use. I don't own my techniques as I learned them just like my FELLOW CREATIVE FOLK HAVE DONE. No I'm talking about "teefing peeple" OR thieves or people named LONA that do not used their own creativity and create their OWN WORKS, but instead take the QUICK AND EASY ROUTE and effectively STEAL THE FOOD FROM MY CHILDREN'S MOUTHS...(I have 3 boys that need feeding and clothing). And that is what you are doing (LONA) when you steal my images and my designs that the universe has placed in MY hands to create. The fact that there are so many stolen images on your site ( LINK BELOW) gives me cause to wonder. And you done bitten off more than you can chew when you pissed in my pool lady! (Sorry folks for the expletives, I don't usually talk like this around POLITE FOLK).
I am quite sure you thought you could get away with this, however I have GENUINE POSITIVE SOULS IN MY CORNER WHO HAVE MY BACK...who will give me the heads up when they see something is afoot. Folks this is only the second time that someone has ever tried to do this, the first person can't even look in my face good anymore...so don't play with fire missy...YOU'RE ABOUT TO GET BURNED.
So do me a favour LONA...REMOVE MY DESIGNS FROM YOUR SITE.
I will also be posting this on my MYSPACE, WEBSITE, ETSY AND MY OTHER HOMES ONLINE. HELL I MAY EVEN PUT UP A NING JUST FOR YOU SWEETIE! You have been warned.
Folks, could you also spread the word about this woman and if you recognise any of the designs on her site as yours, I suggest you ROAR IN HER FACE AND DO AS AUNTIE ZAY DOES.
