In preparation for October 22nd National Day of Protest, the EDU Coalition, S.T.A.R. (Students Together Against Racism) & The Emerging Scholars Institute will host the Midwest Black Youth Think Tank on October 17th 2009.
We are selling raffle tickets for a new Acer Apsire One Netbook for $5 or (3) for $10.
#1 "What is the New Youth Movement" &
#2 "How do we stop/prevent police brutality in our communites"

Only those who pre-register will be able to attend.
There will be an open mic, food, D.J. Prolific live on the 1's & 2's, a live Self-Defense Demonstration by Master Amen Sebek, & much much more!
